How do you become a member of the BodyGuardz Advantage Program? The answer is easy… while placing your first order, simply create an account with a password at checkout, and you’re in!

If you purchased a BodyGuardz product from a retail location, simply register your product (proof of purchase required) on our site, and you’re also in. It’s that easy.

*We do not currently have any authorized resellers with Ebay. And so we are unable to register any purchases made from Ebay.


As a returning customer, you are eligible to receive a 20% discount off the listed price of any non-replacement product on our website. To redeem, you must be logged in to your account. The discount is automatically applied and the Advantage Program member price is shown in red on each product page.

Customers are deemed a “returning customer” when their original order has been processed, packaged and shipped.


All products purchased directly from BodyGuardz come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, you may return products purchased directly from BodyGuardz for a refund. Standard return policy details apply.

Products that have not been purchased directly from BodyGuardz are subject to the return policies of the reseller. Please consult with your reseller concerning its return/refund policies and procedures.


All BodyGuardz products are designed to be durable, but with wear and tear, may need to be replaced. Low cost, lifetime replacements are available for the lifetime of your device. As an Advantage Program member, shipping is free for orders shipping to the United States.

All cases and Earjax premium earbuds have a 90-day product warranty for any manufacture defects. Your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty. Any defective cases or Earjax will be replaced via an online voucher for the original purchase price to replace the product once it has been received back and deemed as a manufacture defect by the BodyGuardz Customer Care Team. (*shipping charges not included in online voucher system)

Customers wanting to replace defective products after 90 days from purchase date will be issued an online voucher for 50% off the original purchase price to replace the product. The product must be received back before the voucher will be issued. (*shipping charges not included in online voucher system)

Warranty claims need to be returned back to us within 2 weeks of contacting BodyGuardz about the issue. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation when returning products for warranty. BodyGuardz will not be held liable for items lost in transit.
