ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
THERE WILL BE A $5.00 ($10.00 FOR MACBOOKS) RESTOCKING FEE PER ORDER SHIPPED VIA FREE SHIPPING OPTION. RESTOCKING FEE DOESN'T APPLY TO ORDERS PLACED WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COST IN EITHER DIRECTION.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO THREE WEEKS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact us by visiting Customer Care within 30 days of your purchase. Please provide your name, order number, the item name, quantity, and the reason for your return.

2. You will receive an email from NLU Products with our RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must write this number clearly and prominently on the outside of the package you will be sending to us. This is how we identify your return. Failure to provide us with this number will result in refusal of the return.

It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with some type of tracking number or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.

4. Once your return is received and processed by us, we will credit your account (minus $5.00 per order ($10.00 For MacBooks). Your credit usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your credit has been processed.
