Received wrong screen protector, was supposed to receive the red screen protector for my I Phone 14 Pro Max because I had already purchased one. Have tried reaching out to customer service but no luck.

It was defective out of the box. Combined with the high fee to pay for the 'free replacments' it is certainly not the product I have been using for years. Response from chat was to purchase a new replacement.
