I’ve trusted and relied on your items to protect my phone and they have. This for my new 17 Pro Max that I just purchased a screen protector from you guys. I did everything right but i went to pull the tab and the whole lens protector pulled through opening with the tab still stuck to it. I wasn’t happy. I’ve done plenty of install of you’re screen, protector and replacement once with your screen protectors and never had issues. It said this was supposed to be easier didn’t find it that way.

The tab that you pull to expose the adhesive during installation ripped diagonally during the process, so I had to manual install. Luckily I had my caliper to measure it and aligned it perfectly to the top edge of the phone. After getting the bubbles out, I noticed there was light bleeding at the bottom.

The bezels are thinner on the 17 pro, and they did not account for the new size. Again, measuring with my caliper, it appears that the protector is 0.84mm thinner and 1.48mm shorter than it should be. Because of this, there is a noticeable crop in screen size.
