I order 2 Pure 3 Glass, but the package contains only 1; I am still missing the 2nd glass. The shipping slide says the quantity is 2, but only 1 box was contained inside the shipping package, see photo. Please send me another Pure 3 glass.

Just got mine and honestly, I really like it so far — but the repurposed size for the iPhone 16 Pro doesn't quite fit the 17 Pro perfectly. (There's even a sticker over the original size on the box.) The edges don't fully seal, so l've had to press them down a few times throughout the day. Not a huge deal at the moment, but since I work with horses, I'm a little worried dust will build up under the edges over time. I also wish the warranty was a bit better — other brands I've used offer one free replacement when you register, and BodyGuardz only offers a discount. Still, I do really like the feel of it overall, just wish the fit and warranty were a bit stronger. I went with the "red light converter + privacy" and even tho it may have issues around the edges still recommend it if you can tolerate that. It's clear, my eyes aren't as strained and the privacy option is the clearest I've used.. and trust me I had the very first iPhone with the first privacy cover all those ages ago, BodyGuardz executed this detail seamlessly.

First, let me say that BodyGuardz has been great and very supportive. They have quickly fixed all issues with any issues with my screen protectors.
That said, I have had frequent issues with manufacturing. I have had to request a replacement twice when my screen protector failed to adhere fully (left a void in the corner) after carefully applying it.
This replacement worked fine, but most of the adhesive from the plastic cover came off on to the protector when applying it. It took quite a bit of cleaning to get it off. Frustrating!
If not for the great customer service, I would take my business elsewhere because the products are kinda average for the initial price.

love the screen protector but it seems to have a compatibility issue with my quad lock case I use for time on the motorcycle as the top left corner continues to try coming up.
