If for any reason you feel our standards of quality were not
met, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
What qualifies for a return?
+ Non-replacement products purchased on BodyGuardz.com. For many customers, the original purchase may
have occurred at one of our authorizedretailers such as AT&T, Verizon, or Best Buy. If you purchased
a product at one of these locations, you will need to follow their specific return policy.
+ Purchase occurred within 30 days of return request.
+ Returns include an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number, providedby a Customer Success agent.
Does BodyGuardz pay for the return's shipping?
+ For most returns, a shipping label will not be provided and the customer will be responsible for
shipping costs. If you are returning a product due to a manufacturing defect, or feel like your
situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team and an agent will be happy to
discuss the situation with you.
How to submit a Return Request:
The order number can be found in your order confirmation email
If you can't find the order number, a Customer Success agent will be able to assist you
An RMA number must be included with the return to process a refund

When will I receive my refund?
+ Once the product has been returned with the attached RMA number, the refund will be approved. After
approval, it may take 5-7 business days to see the refund in your account.
