All BodyGuardz products are built to last. However, with everyday wear and tear (and the occasional accident or two), even the most durable items may eventually have to be replaced.

That’s why, once you register your screen protector, BodyGuardz is proud to offer free replacements on ALL screen protectors and full-body skins for the lifetime of the product*—you’ll just have to cover return shipping.

*You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase. The lifetime of the product is defined as two (2) years from the date of purchase of your original screen protector/full-body skin by the original, end-user purchaser.

We ship Monday through Friday.** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, and your tracking information should be available within 24–48 hours. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.

If for any reason you feel our standards of quality were not met, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

What qualifies for a return?

+ Non-replacement products purchased on BodyGuardz.com. For many customers, the original purchase may have occurred at one of our authorizedretailers such as AT&T, Verizon, or Best Buy. If you purchased a product at one of these locations, you will need to follow their specific return policy.

+ Purchase occurred within 30 days of return request.

+ Returns include an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number, providedby a Customer Success agent.

Does BodyGuardz pay for the return's shipping?

+ For most returns, a shipping label will not be provided and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning a product due to a manufacturing defect, or feel like your situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team and an agent will be happy to discuss the situation with you.

How to submit a Return Request:

+ Contact a BodyGuardz Customer Success agent.

+ Provide an order number.

The order number can be found in your order confirmation email

If you can't find the order number, a Customer Success agent will be able to assist you

+ Customer Success will provide you with an RMA number.

An RMA number must be included with the return to process a refund

+ Return product to BodyGuardz.

When will I receive my refund?

+ Once the product has been returned with the attached RMA number, the refund will be approved. After approval, it may take 5-7 business days to see the refund in your account.
