I have an iPhone 11 pro and have had a Body Guardz screen protector on it since day one! I am really rough with my phone and drop it all the time when working. The Body Guardz holds up to a real beating! And if it gets broken like it just did from a very hard fall right onto a sharp steel corner! I knew that the BG had done its job and saved my phones screen! I went to the BG website ordered my lifetime replacement and in about 4 days had my new one in place! And now you don’t even have to send the old one back! Total hassle free screen protection and replacements free for the life on my iPhone! Cant beat!

I have had my guard on my phone for less than two weeks and it’s broken in two places
Low drop on carpet and my phone was in a protective case when it fell out of my lap.
I expect it to last longer than a week and a half.
Also, I had a free replacement plan that was discontinued
Not a happy customer. My protective case is shown in photo.

Used their products for years on all my devices with no problems except for these recent issues. After installing you can see numerous tiny glass fragments on screen. Never had this problem in the beginning. Last two replacements had this problem and one had to be sent back for a new one. Lack of adhesion around edges. Was thinking of a different brand this time, but decided to give BG one last try and hopefully won't have these issues.

Product quality always awesome! However, I’ve been buying Bodyguardz for years bc of the lifetime replacement. This time I had to pay over $30 to replace two glass covers on two different phones I used to get for free. While ordering, there were no free replacements available. I wonder why?
