How do you become a member of the BodyGuardz Advantage Program? The answer is easy… while placing your first BodyGuardz.com order, simply create an account with a password at checkout, and you’re in!
If you purchased a BodyGuardz product from an authorized seller, register your product on our site and you’re also in. It’s that easy.* Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for the benefits of the Advantage Program. We do not currently have any authorized sellers on Ebay. All BodyGuardz screen protector products are designed to be durable, but with wear and tear, may need to be replaced. Free replacements are available for all screen protectors and full-body skins for the lifetime of the product once your screen protector has been registered, just pay shipping. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase. The lifetime of the product is defined as two (2) years from the date of purchase of your original screen protector/full-body skin by the original, end-user purchaser.
When ordering a replacement, you are required to return your original BodyGuardz screen protector product within 60 days from the date your replacement is received to remain eligible for future screen protector replacements. Additionally, if the original screen protector is not returned within this time, you will be charged full price for the replacement screen protector. Click here to download a replacement form that you can complete and include with the return of your old protector. BGZ brands will provide you a pre-addressed envelope with your replacement screen protector you can use to return your damaged screen protector to BodyGuardz. You will need to add postage to the envelope.

As a returning bodyguardz.com customer, you are eligible to receive a 20% discount off the listed price of any non-replacement product on our website. To redeem, you must be logged in to your account. The discount is automatically applied and the Advantage Program member price is shown in red on each product page.
Customers are deemed a “returning customer” when their original order has been processed, packaged, and shipped.
You are also eligible to receive 20% off site-wide once your Advantage Program registration for your BodyGuardz case or BodyGuardz screen protector is completed.
All products purchased directly from BodyGuardz come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, you may return products purchased directly from BodyGuardz for a refund. Standard return policy details apply.
Products that have not been purchased directly from BodyGuardz are subject to the return policies of the reseller. Please consult with your reseller concerning its return/refund policies and procedures.
