My first screen protector lasted maybe 2 weeks, and then the light caught the crack, while using the phone the crack isn't seen, and doesn't effect phone use in any way. No idea how it cracked, never been dropped, or even sat down hard.. But it did crack... That being said, I submitted for a replacement, and there was a hassel-free experience. BodyGuardz sent me a replacement promptly, which i installed and have been crack free since. The applicator pulling it out to set screen left a mark in center of glass. Won't come off.
