So I am split in my opinion. I have been with this company for years and never had any problems so when it came time to replace my screen protector and they had an upgraded model available I jumped at it. It but unfortunately soon as I installed the new one I dropped my phone and it cracked immediately. I was pretty upset about that and reached out the the support team and they quickly had a new one on route to me. And glad to say this time around is going much more smoothly. So far no issues and I really like the effects when using my phone in dark areas and the brightness is now visibly reduced put much less strain on my eyes. Thank you again to the team who helped me get everything replaced and reached out after to ensure things are doing better.
