How do I get 20% off my returning customer discount?
As a returning BodyGuardz.com customer, you are eligible to
receive a 20% discount off the listed price of any non-replacement
product on our website. To redeem, you must be logged in to
your account. The discount
is automatically applied and the Advantage Program member price is
shown in red on each product page.
Customers are deemed a “returning customer” when their original order has been processed, packaged and shipped.
How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?
All products purchased directly from BodyGuardz come with a 30-day
return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, you may
return products purchased directly from BodyGuardz for a refund.

Products that have not been purchased directly from BodyGuardz are subject to the return policies of the reseller. Please consult with your reseller concerning its return/refund policies and procedures.
What is a lifetime replacement?
All BodyGuardz products are designed to be durable, but with wear
and tear, may need to be replaced. Free, lifetime replacements are
available for the lifetime of your device. A small shipping fee
will be applied.

Do your cases have any warranties?
All cases have a 1-year product warranty for any manufacture
defects. Your product must be registered within 30 days of
purchase to be eligible for the warranty. Any defective cases will
be replaced via an online voucher for the original purchase price
to replace the product once it has been received back and deemed
as a manufacture defect by the BodyGuardz Customer Care Team.

Customers wanting to replace defective products after 90 days from purchase date will be issued an online voucher for 50% off the original purchase price to replace the product. The product must be received back before the voucher will be issued. (*shipping charges not included in online voucher system)
Warranty claims need to be returned back to us within 2 weeks of contacting BodyGuardz about the issue. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation when returning products for warranty. BodyGuardz will not be held liable for items lost in transit. How can I get your exclusive offers?
Throughout the year we offer additional discounts that are exclusive to our Advantage Program members. We are dedicated to ensuring that all the devices you currently own, as well as those you will purchase in the future, are protected by one (or more) of our products. You must be a member in order to receive these offers.
Why can't I order more than one replacement?
Only one replacement per order is allowed. You will need to decrease the quantity back to one and then you will be able to check out. If you need to order multiple replacements, simply place multiple orders.
Do I have to send my old protector back once I receive my replacement?
Once you receive your replacement, return your original protector in the envelope included in your order. We recommend adding tracking to your shipment, as you are required to confirm your protector has been returned to our office. Remember, if you do not return your original protector within 60 days, you will be charged full price for the product.
