All BodyGuardz products are built to last. However, with everyday wear and tear (and the occasional accident or two), even the most durable items may eventually have to be replaced.
That’s why, once you register your screen protector, BodyGuardz is proud to offer free replacements on ALL screen protectors and full-body skins for the lifetime of the product*—you’ll just have to cover shipping and handling.
Returning BodyGuardz customers are eligible for a 20% discount on all non-replacement cases and screen protectors* on our site!

We ship Monday through Friday.** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, and your tracking information should be available within 24–48 hours. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.

How do I create an account?

How do I get 20% off my returning customer discount?
As an Advantage member, you are eligible to receive a 20% discount off the listed price of any non-replacement product on our website. To redeem, you must be logged in to your account. The discount is automatically applied and the Advantage Program member price is shown in red on each product page. You are also eligible to receive 20% off site-wide once you have registered your BodyGuardz case or BodyGuardz screen protector under the Advantage Program.
How does the 30-day return policy work?
All products purchased directly from BodyGuardz come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, you may return products purchased directly from BodyGuardz for a refund. Products that have not been purchased directly from BodyGuardz are subject to the return policies of the seller. Please consult with your seller concerning its return/refund policies and procedures.
What is a lifetime replacement?
All BodyGuardz screen protector products are designed to be durable, but with wear and tear, may need to be replaced. Free replacements are available for all screen protectors for the lifetime of your product once you have registered your screen protector/full-body skin with BodyGuardz. A small shipping fee will be applied. The lifetime of the product is defined as two (2) years from the date of purchase of your original screen protector/full-body skin by the original, end-user purchaser. How can I get your exclusive offers?
Throughout the year, we offer additional discounts that are exclusive to our Advantage Program members. We are dedicated to ensuring that all the devices you currently own, as well as those you will purchase in the future, are protected by one (or more) of our products. You must be an Advantage Program member in order to receive these offers.
Why can't I order more than one replacement?
Only one screen protector/full-body skin replacement per order is allowed. You will need to decrease the quantity back to one and then you will be able to check out. If you need to order multiple replacements, simply place multiple orders.
Do I have to send my old screen protector/full-body skin back once I receive my replacement?
Yes. Once you receive your replacement product, return your original screen protector/full-body skin in the envelope provided by BodyGuardz that is included with your replacement product. We recommend adding tracking to your shipment, as you are required to confirm your original screen protector/full-body skin has been returned to us. Remember, if you do not return your original screen protector/full-body skin within 60 days of receipt of your replacement screen protector, you will be charged full price for the product.
