The screen doesn’t fit my phone the way my other one did and I am disappointed in the new placement tool. I use the applicator tray and my screen protector just wouldn’t go in right. So I had to pick up and place the protector several time basically ruined my new screen cause it’s full of air bubbles and dust now. The old placement tools that went over your phone were better than the new applicator tray. Kind of disappointed at this point because my new screen now looks like crap.

Love the product. Hate new policy with no free replacement. That is why you got 1 star. Loyal customers should keep this benefit. It really set you apart. Now I can just buy a product on Amazon with free shipping. What’s the incentive to stay as a customer? Might cost a little more but the convenience of overnight delivery makes it worth it.
