    Guard breaks very easily

    I have had my guard on my phone for less than two weeks and it’s broken in two places

    Low drop on carpet and my phone was in a protective case when it fell out of my lap.

    I expect it to last longer than a week and a half.

    Also, I had a free replacement plan that was discontinued

    Not a happy customer. My protective case is shown in photo.

    Great Customer Service

    I have used these products for years. The service has always been fast. I ordered a new screen protector but didn’t realize that it was being sent to an old address. I emailed customer service and I received a quick email stating that they resend a new one to the correct address.

    Love these screen protectors!

    The new alignment tool is so much easier to use and my screen protector is perfectly aligned on my phone. My screen has never been cracked no matter how much I drop my phone. Super easy to get a replacement. 5 stars!

    Saved by the Pure Glass screen

    I dropped my phone and it hit the corner of a metal container. I figured nothing could save my phone screen

    after that hit. I was wrong thank goodness!! Well work the purchase!!
