    Guard breaks very easily

    I have had my guard on my phone for less than two weeks and it’s broken in two places

    Low drop on carpet and my phone was in a protective case when it fell out of my lap.

    I expect it to last longer than a week and a half.

    Also, I had a free replacement plan that was discontinued

    Not a happy customer. My protective case is shown in photo.

    I love it. The price has gone up for shipping and why do we not need to return the old one anymore? There was no label to return it???? I left a few messages but nothing.
