How To Receive Your First Replacement:
1. Eligibility
All purchases made through any of our websites or through any of our certified resellers are eligible for our Advantage Program. For a complete list of eligible resellers, click here . Purchases made through Ebay or any of Ebay affiliates are not eligible for our Advantage Program, including lifetime replacements.
2. Register
To qualify for the lifetime replacement you need to be a registered owner of BodyGuardz. Registration is easy, if you created an account at checkout when purchasing from BodyGuardz.com you are automatically registered. If you checked out as a guest on BodyGuardz.com or have purchased from one of our resellers, simply click here (or the link at the bottom of the page) to complete your registration.
3. Request Replacement
Log in to your account and click the 'Lifetime Replacements' link above the search box in the top right corner of the site. You will see the products for which you are eligible to receive replacements. Each replacement includes one BodyGuardz protector and one bottle of application solution.
4. Proceed To Checkout
Once you have the replacement added to your cart you are ready to checkout. You will be responsible for the replacement fee (costs listed under "Replacement Fees" above). This fee includes free delivery via UPS Mail Innovations and the replacement product. if you choose another method of shipping you will be charged for shipping. Continue to follow the instructions on the page and proceed to checkout. If your order is placed before 2pm MST Monday through Friday, it will ship out the same day.
5. Send Back Your Original BodyGuardz
Once you receive your replacement, remove your existing BodyGuardz and send them back to us to qualify for replacements in the future. If we do not get them back, you will no longer be able to receive replacements. Users can order one full body replacement protector per device purchased per request.
