How to receive your first replacement:
All screen protector and full-body skin purchases made through our website, or through any of our authorized resellers, are eligible for the Advantage Program. Purchases made through Ebay or any Ebay affiliates are not eligible for Advantage Replacements. All cases qualify for our limited lifetime warranty.
To qualify for the Advantage Replacement Program, you need to be a registered owner of a BodyGuardz product. Registration is easy. If you created an account at checkout when purchasing from bodyguardz.com, you are automatically registered. If you checked out as a guest on bodyguardz.com or have purchased from one of our resellers, simply click here (or the link at the bottom of the page) to create an account, which will give you access to register your product.
2. Order Your Replacement
+ Login with your email address and password.
+ Click ADVANTAGE REPLACEMENTS.
+ Select YOUR ELIGIBLE REPLACEMENTS.
+ Add replacement to your cart.
+ Only one replacement is allowed per order.
+ If you need to order multiple replacements, simply place multiple orders.
3. Proceed To Checkout
Once you have the replacement added to your cart, you can proceed through checkout. You will be responsible for the shipping fee. If you choose another mailing option, you will be charged for that method of shipping. Your order will ship out the same day if it is placed before 10am ET, Monday-Friday
4. Send Back Your Original BodyGuardz
When your replacement arrives, send back your original protector in the envelope provided with the replacement order. In addition, please fill out and include the replacement form.
To qualify for future replacements, you must return your original BodyGuardz product within 60 days of ordering your new protector. If we do not receive the old protector in this time, our customers will be charged full price for the replacement.
We recommend adding tracking to your shipment, as you may be required to confirm your protector has been returned to our office.
