All BodyGuardz products are built to last. However, with everyday wear and tear (and the occasional accident or two), even the most durable items may eventually have to be replaced.
That’s why, once you register your screen protector, BodyGuardz is proud to offer free replacements on ALL screen protectors and full-body skins for the lifetime of the product*—you’ll just have to cover shipping and handling.
Returning BodyGuardz customers are eligible for a 20% discount on all non-replacement cases and screen protectors* on our site!

We ship Monday through Friday.** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, and your tracking information should be available within 24–48 hours. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.
Divide your payment into 4 monthly installments, at no extra cost to you using affirm! It is applicable on orders with a subtotal of more than $50. Just select affirm at the checkout.

How do I create an account?
Click LOGIN at the top of the page. Click “Create An Account” in the new customer section. Fill out the form, submit your information and you’re in! if you are having trouble getting your image to upload to register your product, then submit an image of your receipt to support@bodyguardz.com. Once we have created the account and registered this for you, we will send you an email so that you can order your replacements.
How do I edit my account information?
Your account information can be edited when you LOGIN to your account with your email address and password. Once you are signed in you can click on the “edit” button to change your account information.
I forgot my password.
Click 'LOGIN’ at the top of the page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says 'Forgot your password? Click here'. This link will send an email to you with a temporary password. You can change the password once you are signed into your account.
Where do I return my used protectors after I have received my replacement set?
Failure to return your original BodyGuardz product within the 60-day grace period will result in your credit card being charged the full retail price of the product credit card charged for the replaced. Fill out this replacement form and send it with your old protectors to the address on the form.
Can I register more than one product?
Yes. You can register as many products as you have purchased from bodyguardz.com or one of our retail partners. Note that you may be asked to provide your proof of purchase. You will also be required to send back your original BodyGuardz product within 60 days. Failure to do so will result in your card being charged full price for each replacement you order.
Why can't I order more than one replacement?
Only one replacement per order is allowed. You will need to decrease the quantity back to one and then you will be able to check out. If you need to order multiple replacements, simply place multiple orders.
How do I register my Unequal case to get free shipping on my replacement?
