All BodyGuardz products are built to last. However, with everyday wear and tear (and the occasional accident or two), even the most durable items may eventually have to be replaced.

That’s why, once you register your screen protector, BodyGuardz is proud to offer free replacements on ALL screen protectors and full-body skins for the lifetime of the product*—you’ll just have to cover return shipping.

*You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase. The lifetime of the product is defined as two (2) years from the date of purchase of your original screen protector/full-body skin by the original, end-user purchaser.

We ship Monday through Friday.** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, and your tracking information should be available within 24–48 hours. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.

*Offer applies to domestic shipments only and orders that do not contain BodyGuardz Advantage Program replacements.
**BodyGuardz orders ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Washington's Birthday (President's Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Monday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • Items with all packaging and contents must be returned within 30 days.
  • Orders over 10 units are not eligible for returns.
  • Custom cuts, custom back plates and custom Armor art are not eligible for returns because these are custom designed items.
  • Advantage Replacements are not eligible for returns.
  • Returned orders must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before the order is returned to BodyGuardz.
  • Please include all used and unused products to receive refund.
  • We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
  • During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other major promotional sale days, we cannot apply larger discounts retroactively.
  • If you made a purchase and a larger discount was offered after your purchase, we cannot apply the larger discount to a previous order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Care within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Please provide your name, order number, the item name, quantity, and the reason for your return.
  3. You will receive an email from BodyGuardz Customer Care with your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  4. You must write this number clearly and prominently on the outside of the package so that we may identify and confirm your return.

The RMA number must be on the package or an automatic $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount, along with possible refusal of the return.

Once your return is received and processed by us, we will refund the credit card used to place the order, minus any shipping charges that were incurred with the original order. You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued. The credit usually appears within 3-5 business days, depending on how long it takes the credit card company to process the refund.

It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with some type of tracking number or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.

Your credit card company does not notify us when the credit is refunded to your account. This information must be requested from the credit card issuer.
